Information you provide
The form requests your name, phone number, arrival date, guests, nights and an optional comment. Sending transmits these details over an encrypted connection to the property’s IONOS server, which emails the enquiry to info@casaleopoldocaminodesantiago.com. We contact you using the phone number provided. The form has no enquiry database, but the enquiry remains in the property’s mailbox. A temporary identifier derived from your IP address is used to limit abusive submissions and secure the service. Phone and WhatsApp enquiries provide the information you choose to share. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information.
Purposes and legal basis
We handle enquiries and stay requests at your request: precontractual steps and, where applicable, performance of a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Statutory administrative and tax processing is based on legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). The form does not subscribe you to marketing.
Retention
Enquiries are retained for as long as required to handle them and related responsibilities. If a stay is booked, relevant details are retained for applicable statutory periods, then erased or restricted as appropriate. Form fields are not persistently stored in your browser.
Providers and external services
Website hosting, communications and email providers may process information to provide their services; authorities may receive information where legally required. Activating Google Maps or opening WhatsApp or Instagram means those providers process technical data under their own policies, which may include international transfers under their declared safeguards. Maps stays blocked until activated. The publishing platform may process technical logs and authentication information to provide and secure the service.
Your rights
Where applicable, request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by emailing our privacy contact. We may request only information needed to verify your identity. You may complain to the Spanish data protection authority at www.aepd.es. This form does not involve automated decisions or profiling.
Required fields
The basic fields are required to prepare the form enquiry. Email and phone remain alternative contact channels. No marketing consent is requested.
Page views and contact measurement
Only if you accept optional measurement do we record aggregate counters of page views, WhatsApp and phone clicks and successfully sent forms. Counters distinguish date, language, source channel, device category and button location. These counters do not store names, phone numbers, comments, IP addresses, visitor identifiers or full URLs. The server receives technical data needed to handle the connection and may retain security logs. Statistics are hosted on IONOS and retained for up to 12 months. Your accept or reject choice is saved in browser local storage for six months and does not identify you. If you accept, the source channel is also kept temporarily in session storage, without a personal identifier. Measurement is based on your consent. Change or withdraw your choice through “Measurement settings” in the footer. Withdrawal stops new submissions; existing aggregate counters cannot identify or isolate an individual. Rejecting does not affect the form, phone calls or WhatsApp. Clicks are not completed conversations, calls or bookings.
You can block or delete browser storage and change measurement through “Measurement settings”. The Google map is activated separately. We do not use Google Analytics or send these statistics to advertising networks.
